Audacia are delighted to be featured as a ‘Tech Company Investing in the Next Generation’ as we embark on promoting our second graduate programme to be delivered within a pandemic.
“The goal is to continue the momentum of training and introduce new talent into the technology sector, no matter what the economic circumstances are"
“The last year has been a difficult year for businesses, but I has been especially challenging time for graduates. Leaving higher education to enter the world of work is a daunting prospect without the added uncertainty of doing so during a pandemic, so we are so pleased to be in a position to offer the graduate programme to talented individuals”
- Richard Brown, Head of Engineering, Audacia.
After a successful integration of the 2020 graduate cohort into Audacia and onto full-time projects, with the help of a number of virtual co-working tools and an enthusiastic team, Audacia are looking forward to the 2021 programme.
Within the 3 month programme, graduates will learn a vast number of transferrable skills, from technical-based skills such as how to code in C# and non-functional coding requirements, to commercial modules focusing on how technical operations benefit and work within a business.
The training consists of both seminar-led and hands on development sessions, delivered by Audacia’s Head of Engineering, Richard Brown, and Technical Director, Philip Rashleigh; with other industry experts within the company supporting the delivery of specific modules.
Applications to our 2021 graduate programme will be open soon.
