Join our latest Tech Talk to hear about the testing behind building a first-to-market AI-powered chatbot.
Working in partnership with Northern Trains, Audacia delivered a WhatsApp chatbot, powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP) which is a form of AI.
The WhatsApp chatbot is a first-to-market product helping Northern provide real-time journey information to customers on the go, responding to customer requests with live train data and taxi information, with messages such as:
“When is the next train from Leeds to Manchester?”
Join Test Engineer, Emily O'Connor, and Software Engineer, Rachel Flynn, as they give an overview of NLP, and the somewhat humorous number of ways testing natural language can be challenging.
